Meet Dr. Deeppaa Dawanne

I believe technology becomes powerful only when people know how to use it meaningfully.

I trained as a doctor and practised across India, the UK and Dubai. Along the way I learned operations, sales, leadership and — out of pure necessity — technology. Today I work with professionals who feel about AI exactly the way I once felt about spreadsheets: aware it matters, unsure where to begin.

My journey

Dream → Skill → Opportunity → Impact

Not a CV. The moments that shaped how I teach, and why I teach practically.
  1. 01

A dream before the route was clear

I grew up in Mapusa, Goa, with a very big dream and no map for it. I did not know anybody abroad. I only knew where I wanted to go. That gap between dream and route is the same gap most professionals feel about AI today.

  2. 02

The day I was humiliated — and decided to learn

Managing an Ayurvedic centre, I was asked for a monthly sales report. Computers and spreadsheets had never been taught to us, so I submitted it on paper and was publicly insulted. I could have felt defeated. Instead I learned the tool. Embarrassment became the starting point of growth.

  3. 03

Fifteen days that became three years

A temporary assignment turned into clinical work, operations, sales, reporting and team management. Opportunity often arrives disguised as a small task — and skills beyond your degree are what let you keep it.

  4. 04

One consultation, one country, one new life

A guest at Taj Fort Aguada experienced my consultation and offered me a role at Champneys in the UK. It was my first flight and my first international offer. Fear is normal; courage is moving anyway.

  5. 05

Your reputation can travel before you do

Back home and unsure of the next step, I shared a newspaper article about my work online. Senior people saw it, recognised the work, and a new international opportunity followed — Dubai. One post became a bridge to the next chapter.

  6. 06

    Success is a team sport

In Dubai I inherited an ageing centre and serious revenue targets. I trained the team, combined clinical expertise with marketing and leadership, and together we turned it around. The centre won an award for the best spa in Dubai.

  7. 07

The award I could not collect

The day I learned we had won, I also learned that my father had passed away. I never went on stage. That moment permanently changed what success means to me, and why I now spend my time helping other people become ready.

Why I Do This

My role is not to overwhelm you with tools.

AI is moving faster than most professionals can comfortably keep up with. My role is to help you understand what matters, what is relevant to you, and how to turn AI into something you can actually use.

Practical

Less theory. More real-world application.

Personalised

Your profession. Your workflow. Your goals.

Human

Technology should support people, not overwhelm them.

Responsible

Use AI thoughtfully, ethically and intelligently.

Outcome-Focused

The goal isn't to use more AI. The goal is to work better.

“Your dream does not need a perfect route. It needs a prepared person who is willing to take the next step.”

Dream. Learn. Adapt. Keep going.
